I have got these gent torsos very cheap (no. 0), and I thought that I could then use for the lady kimono too, but were they too broad at the shoulders. The torsos are made from flamingo, so it easy to cut.

Here I have taken som of the shoulders, but as you can see when dressed, it is still a bit broad.

Cut a little more, here it is more propotionel.
In both pix I padded the hips.

SvarSletFor me I have the opposite problem. xD I would need a male torso for sewing projects etc but I only ever see female ones, lol.
A shame that you live so far away, otherwise we could swap ; )
